When should I book?
Book by November 5 to be lit by Thanksgiving. We install November 10–20 and cap homes per day, so no job gets rushed. Booking earlier lets you pick your day.
Do I own the lights?
We buy the lights for your house and cut them to your roofline. They stay with your account and we store them labeled in the off-season. Next season is a re-hang at 10% off, because the measuring and cutting is already done.
Do I need to be home on install day?
No. We need safe access to the areas we are lighting and working exterior outlets. Tell us about any roof, gutter or electrical problems you know of before we come.
What about storms and hurricanes?
Call or text us and we come back out. Service calls during the season are included in the price, not billed as extras.
