About these terms

These terms cover this website and our holiday lighting services. When you book, you sign a written agreement for your property; where it says something different from these terms, the written agreement applies.

Quotes and prices

Price ranges on this site and the package builder's estimates are guides, not offers. Your price is the fixed price we give you in writing after we have seen the property, in person or by photo and video. Florida sales tax is added where it applies.

Booking and payment

Half of the price is due at booking to reserve your install week and order materials; the balance is due on or before install day. Cancellation and refund of the deposit follow your written agreement.

Offers

Early bird: 20% off this season's installation when you book by October 15. New customers, one per household, not combined with other offers. The $990 minimum applies after the discount. Booking means a signed agreement and the deposit received by that date.

What is included

Unless your agreement says otherwise: design and layout, commercial-grade lights, clips and cords, installation, timer setup, service calls during the season for problems with the lights and installation we provided, takedown in January, and storage until the next season. Electricity is paid by the property owner.

Your property

You give us safe access to the areas we are lighting and working exterior outlets. Tell us about any roof, gutter or electrical problems you know of. If your home is in an HOA or condominium association, getting its approval is your responsibility; we will supply the layout and a certificate of insurance to help.

We attach lights with clips and mounts. Nothing is nailed, screwed or stapled into your home without your written approval.

The lights

Lights, clips, cords and timers we supply remain our property unless your written agreement says otherwise. We store them for your home between seasons.

Weather and scheduling

Install, service and takedown dates can move for rain, high wind or named storms. We will reschedule as soon as it is safe to work.

Insurance and liability

We carry commercial general liability insurance and will send a certificate on request. To the extent Florida law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for that season's service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for the capacity of your home's electrical circuits.

This website

Images on this site are design references showing each style, not photographs of our past installations, unless a caption says otherwise. The site is provided as is; we try to keep it accurate but cannot promise it is free of errors.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of Sarasota County, Florida.
