How much does Christmas light installation cost in Sarasota?
Most Sarasota homes land between $1,100 and $2,000 for a first season. That covers design, commercial-grade lights cut to your roofline, installation, timers, service during the season, takedown in January, and off-season storage. Larger rooflines, two-story fronts and heavy tree work cost more. You get a fixed price in writing before anything is ordered.
When should I book?
Early October. Sarasota installers fill their October calendars first, and homes booked after early November usually cannot be lit before Thanksgiving. Booking early also means you choose your install week instead of taking what is left.
Do I own the lights, or are they rented?
We buy the lights for your house and cut them to your roofline. They stay with your account and we store them in the off-season, which is why a returning home costs roughly half the first-year price - the measuring and cutting is already done.
What is included in the price?
Design and layout, commercial-grade LED lights and clips, installation, timer setup, service calls during the season if anything goes out, takedown in January, and storage until next season. Electricity is on the homeowner.
How do payments work?
Half at booking to reserve your install week and order materials, and the balance on or before install day. You get a written scope and a fixed price first - nothing is billed by the hour.
